Information you send us. When you submit the contact form or the product inquiry list, we receive your name, email address, optionally your company name and product interest, and the message or product list you send. This is the information we need in order to answer you with a quotation.

Information collected automatically. If you accept analytics cookies, we collect aggregated information about how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device type and referring page. We use IP anonymisation. If you decline, no analytics data is collected at all.

We use the details you send us to prepare a quotation, answer your questions and follow up on your inquiry. Under the GDPR this is based on your request to take pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Analytics cookies are used only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages visitors find useful. The analytics script is not loaded until you accept it, so on your first visit no analytics cookie is set. Declining leaves the website fully functional.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings button. Google's own handling of this data is described in Google's privacy policy.

Inquiry emails and our internal record of them are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and then for up to 24 months so we can recognise a returning customer. Analytics data is retained in aggregate according to the retention setting of our Google Analytics property. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see section 7.

We do not sell your personal data. It may be processed on our behalf by service providers necessary to run this website and our business — our web hosting provider, our email hosting provider, and Google (analytics, only if you consent to it). Where data is transferred outside your country, we rely on the provider's contractual safeguards.

No online transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and amend the date at the top. If the change is significant we will make it prominent on the website.
